Fee for management is 50% of the first month’s rent, 
and 10% of the monthly collected rent.

Maintenance - Schedule maintenance and repairs through local vendors and take care of bill processing through your trust account.
Owner Statements - We provide monthly statements and end-of-year tax statements. 
Move-In/Move-Out Inspections - When a tenant vacates, we conduct a thorough inspection including photographs, and prepare your investment for re-rental by managing qualified vendors for maintenance and cleaning.
Advertising - Nationwide through the Multiple Listing Service which feeds to websites like and - Locally through The Swap Sheet and The Daily Independent. The Rental list is updated daily and is posted in our office and on our website, 
Showings - We make & manage appointments to show property to prospective tenants, as well as virtual showings for out-of-area prospects.
Screening - We run credit reports, background checks, rental history and employment verification. We will provide you with all the information you need to make the decision on an application.
Leasing - Sign lease agreement and all legal documents and disclosures with your new tenant. Collect security deposit, rent + any fees due.
